this is my letter about craft
i am july b from the third class of senior high school 7 purworejo
craft in indonesia are so various. my friend pam kurniawan has told you about
batik
now i will tell bout carving. wooden carving. in java the famous place for wooden
carving is from Jepara. the carver make a lot of wooden furniture and they craft
them so beautifully.
the carved furniture are exported to foreign countries. they are so unique and
amazing
sometimes they make statue too.
but the carved wooden statue are most popular from Bali island, the most famous
island in inonesia . they so good. the statue can symbolize animals, hero etc
